Dr. Orringer has a longstanding interest in the molecular mechanisms of action of various aesthetic procedures. It is his belief that understanding HOW these treatments change the skin will allow clinicians to ultimately select the most effective treatments and optimize results. He has published extensively in these areas and has been the recipient of several grants to support this work. His research has been frequently cited in both the medical literature and by the lay press including outlets such as TIME magazine and CNN.
