- Sign up to receive campus emergency alerts by text or voice

- Get a SafeRide home anytime between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m

- Find assistance through the International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) team at the International Center
- The Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (OGPS) works closely with PhD students and postdoctoral fellows
- The Office of Medical Student Education (OMSE) as well as the Medical School M-Home offer many resources for MD and MD/PhD students

You can make sports and fitness as much a part of your life on campus as you want with five indoor and four outdoor facilities fully equipped to get you started. Your options multiply off campus with local gyms, studios and more than 150 parks throughout Ann Arbor.
The Recreational Sports community is a great place to start to get active and stay healthy all year long, with group fitness, club and adventure sports. You can even reserve adventure equipment like tents, lanterns, kayaks, canoes, skis and lots more. The University of Michigan also provides numerous exercise and relaxation classes, suited for all fitness levels and abilities, from beginner to advance. Feeling a little more competitive? Intramural sports are an excellent opportunity to get active, have fun and meet some like-minded friends in leagues and tournaments.
The University of Michigan has initiated a top-flight adaptive sports program with an initial focus on wheelchair basketball and wheelchair tennis. You can also check out Community Education & Recreation for local sports team events and news. Explore other options at the Ann Arbor YMCA and the Washtenaw County Meri Lou Murray Recreation Center.
