We realize that your decision to come to Michigan involves more than just taking a new job. You have made a commitment to us, and the University and Medical School, in turn, offer a variety of work-life options, as well as a generous benefits package, to make your time here as fulfilling as possible.
We sponsor a variety of family-friendly policies, including maternity leave and modified duties, and a Work/Life Resource Center to help you find and achieve the proper work-family balance. Our MHealthy Rewards program can help to keep you in good shape, and we also offer mental and emotional health counseling to help you manage stress during those hectic times.
The University’s benefits program offers a variety of health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and retirement options.
All of these programs are designed to provide you and your family with the best experience possible during your time in Ann Arbor.
