The University of Michigan Medical School Department of Dermatology serves as a major regional referral center, providing care for a diverse patient population and broad range of dermatological disorders. Our outpatient clinics are located in and around Ann Arbor and the surrounding area.

We seek candidates who are dedicated to clinical excellence, innovative teaching, and the pursuit of academic scholarship. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, teaching of residents and medical students, and will participate in scholarly activities. Opportunities to participate in clinical research, organizational service and professional development are available and encouraged.

Requirements:

Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree, be board-certified/board-eligible in dermatology, and have the ability to obtain a full (unlimited) medical license in the State of Michigan. Evidence of excellence in patient care, didactic teaching and a record of peer-reviewed publications is expected.  The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with other providers and faculty. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
